These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to QuoteMyDetail (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and operate a legitimate auto detailing business (or act on behalf of one) to use the Service.
The Service
QuoteMyDetail helps mobile detailers create professional quotes from vehicle photos and customer notes. AI suggestions are assistive only; you control catalog pricing, final line items, and what is sent to customers.
Accounts and security
You are responsible for safeguarding login credentials and for activity under your account. Notify us promptly at privacy@quotemydetail.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
Customer Data
You may upload Customer Data (including photos and contact details) only when you have a lawful basis to do so. You instruct us to process Customer Data to provide the Service and remain responsible for notices and rights requests from your customers.
Acceptable use
- Do not upload unlawful, infringing, or malicious content.
- Do not probe, scrape, or disrupt the Service.
- Do not misrepresent AI output as a guaranteed inspection or diagnosis.
- Do not resell or sublicense the Service without written permission.
Subscriptions and billing
Paid plans renew monthly until canceled. Fees are processed by our payment provider. Founder pricing and seat limits are described at checkout. Taxes may apply.
Intellectual property
We own the Service, software, and branding. You retain ownership of content you upload. You grant us a limited license to host and process that content to operate the Service.
Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of uninterrupted or error-free operation. AI recommendations may be incomplete or inaccurate; you must review every quote before sending.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from the Service is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve (12) months before the claim.
Termination
You may cancel anytime. We may suspend or terminate access for material breach or risk to the platform. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends; export obligations are described in our Privacy Policy.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
